Me and my momma don't know much bout da Heartworm Treatments these days, cept what my momma Googles. Butt, we learned that when her gets thru this tough bit, that her should be good as new!!
Her has to stay at da Rescue Foster until her gets da All Clear....and then her can start packing her bags to move inwith me!!!
Meantime, my momma keeps thinking bout a good name fur her.........hmmmmm, maybes I need a Name That Dog Contest!

Okay, now that I gots that outta my system, I just wanna say that my paws are crossed for her and her heartworm treatment. It always makes me and mom so sad when doggies get heartworm. Specially since it's so easy to NOT get those bad things in the first place.
But I'm sure she'll be home with you real soon. Oh, I just can't wait to meet her and gets to know her. I'll be thinking of names!

Aw, paws are crossed for your new sister! Those heartworms are not fun, so I've heard. Just keep in mind that your new sister will test positive for up to 6 months after treatment! One of my foster sisters had the heartworm and her new family was beside themselves when she tested posiive again - but it's just a glitch! She's really all ok! I think you should name her Corbina... Yep, I like that!
