Fun times.
Lucy and Justice were scheduled for hoof trims and new shoes (for Justice) and, of course, my momma was there with camera to document the fun had by all.
Picture quality is poor, due to lack of theater-style lighting in the barn
Unfortunately my momma was unable to get any fotos of Lucy during her mani-pedi, due to an unfortunate incident between (a) Lucy, (b) Lucy's halter, (c) the barn wall, (d) my momma's arm.
Alls well that ends well, though.
Lucy finally had her
hoofs trimmed mani-pedi and my momma's injury was minor and she is recovering nicely.

Wow, looks like a "Let's Get Ready To Ruuummmmbbblle" moment! BOL My mom used to have a horse and she absolutely loved getting her mani-pedi treatment. She used to suck on butterscotch candy and drift off to sleep! The only danger with her was when she'd start to fall over or lay down! BOL Sorry Lucy and Justice were upset, but at least it's over now for awhile! Makes getting our littel nails trimmed look like a piece of cake...Bwar har har

Where have I been that I have not seen Justice before (or maybe my mind was absent) He is GORGEOUS! And Lucy is NOT such a lady sometimes - she should just step right up to get her "nails" bootified - after all, she does sell nail polish doesn't she (her "nails" would need the economy size - oh I am just rollin'today)
Gotta go for now before I embarras the Beaglebratz.

My Chico really puts up a fight too when his nails are getting trimmed. I usually do one foot a night because of it. Who knew a 5 pound, tiny little chi had so much strength? Shiver trims his own. He's always chewed his nails and I once asked the vet about it but he didn't seem too concerned so I just let Shiver do it because it's a lot easier on me.
Don't remember seeing Justice before. He's really beautiful!
Oh dear, guess that is why we have to go to the vet's to get our mani/pedi:( Hope Mom is OK and Lucy has recovered:)

Sorry 'bouts your mom's owie! :( I am not a fan of my mani/pedi time either, but mom says I am gettin' better. It is always nice to see Justice, him is so handsome and Lucy is as beootiful as ever!
